L/R Mk III FFR of the Viet Nam Veterans Museum

This is the landrover that currently resides at the Vietnam Veteran's Museum. The Landrover Mk III FFR (Fitted For Radio) was used for a number of years, from the 1970's to the 1990's (or possibly even later) when it was replaced in the ADF by the Landrover 110. The FFR is recognisable by the vented cover behind the driver and passenger doors and the low fixed tailgate at the rear with the extended canvas cover to cover the tailgate area. There would normally be a number of antenna mounts located on the sides of the vehicle to hold the various antenna that were fitted.
