Staghound Armoured Car at Puckapunyal

These are some images that John Loughman took on one of his many trips to the Puckapunyal Tank Museum. The Staghound Armoured Car served with the Australian Army for many years. The first vegicles were recievde by Australian forces in May 1944, with the total number received by August 1944, amounting to 279 vehicles. It served on until at least 1964 with Army Reserve units by which time it had reached the end of it's effecttive combat service.
