Scheme of Ocean Grey, Dark Green and Mediun Sea Grey undersides.

History/Significance:

Was flown by Flt Lt John Jenkins of 457 Squadron.
ZP x Carried the later enlarged sharkmouth, but still retains the eyes from the small mouth version.
457 Squadron moved to Labuan from Morotai to provide air cover for the invasion of Brunei.

Introduction

The Decal sheet showed that this aircraft was fitted with an aerial wire but a member of AMI informed me that it was fitted with a UHF radio and no wire was in place.  I have chosen to leave it in place.

I replaced the cannons with the long version rather than the shorter ones. The Hasegawa kit is a good representation though others may disagree, I found that it builds well.
